This exhibition is the result of a collaboration between the RHA’s exhibition department and the artist-led group Island Photographers, all eight of whom are participating in the show and include: Conor Horgan, Shane Lynam, Fionn McCann, Malcolm McGettigan, Yvette Monahan, Kate Nolan, Brían Sparks and Agata Stoinska.
Island Photographers run workshops, talks and exhibitions to foster engagement with and understanding of photography in Ireland, both in the fine art realm and the broader lens-based culture industry.
Joining them for A R C H I P E L A G O will be eight other practitioners, to be announced.
