How to develop your own individual narrative in painting as a form of expression will be discussed. Choosing what we paint and why is fundamental. Over two days, each participant will attempt two paintings from an arrangement of a chair or chairs in the studio space.
The concept of “Chair” metaphorically or literally within a space will be the subject matter. As this is an oil painting class, various techniques with regard to application and methods used will be discussed and critiqued.
