Family Sundays: 194th RHA Annual Exhibition

This Summer the RHA will be hosting three Family Sunday workshops in response to different mediums and themes in the Annual exhibition. The workshops will be facilitated by artist Sheila McCarron.

For our first Family Sunday, Sheila will be introducing and exploring the different sculptures on display in the exhibition. The workshop will involve making, building and constructing using both natural and man-made materials.

The workshops are suitable for children from 5-12 years old and numbers are limited to 10 participants.  Please note, parents/guardians must stay with their children during the workshop and are, of course, encouraged to take part.

There is a €5 charge per participant.

    The Royal Hibernian Academy is located in the city centre of Dublin, adjacent to the National Gallery of Ireland and National Museum of Ireland and within close proximity to a wide variety of public transport services, such as Dublin Bus (Routes: 39A, 46A and 145) and Dart (Pearse Dart Station).

    There is plenty of parking available in the neighbourhood and the RHA is fully wheelchair accessible.

    Margadh RHA is a speciality food and wine outlet from the people behind Margadh Howth, Mamó Restaurant, Elm Epicurean and Barrow Market. The wine bar serves morning fare, lunch, hampers and gifts.
