On 24 Mar, 2024

Join artist Zsolt Basti for a painting workshop in response to his current exhibition 'Half Shy' currently on view in the Petronella Brown Gallery.

Zsolt’s practice explores fleeting intimate memories, provoked by vague sensations. Through his paintings he examines the relationship between reality and memory.

For this class, set within the context of memory and dreaming, participants will explore the relationship between the figure and the landscape through painting on a thin edge 30 x 40cm canvas.

The class will begin with sketching before moving into applying acrylic paint to the canvas, guided throughout by Zsolt.

Class level: Open to all levels.

Class time: 12 – 4pm

Class occupancy: 1o people
