The President and Members of the Academy are delighted to welcome Nathalie Weadick as the new Interim Director of the Royal Hibernian Academy of Arts. Nathalie is a highly respected cultural strategist, advisor, and curator based in Dublin who works across visual art, architecture, design, and spatial culture, with a career focused on creating meaningful, context-rich encounters between creative practitioners and the public.
Nathalie has held leadership roles, including Director of The Butler Gallery in Kilkenny and Director of the Irish Architecture Foundation in Dublin, where she developed artistic programmes, curated major exhibitions, and forged influential collaborations. Nathalie’s extensive experience in cultural strategy and programme development positions her to lead the RHA with vision and commitment during this transitional period, strengthening engagement with artists, audiences, RHA Friends and patrons.
