Restorative Yoga for Seniors

Bealtaine Festival

€15 per person
On 25 May, 2023

Join Michelle Considine, Dublin Yoga with Michelle & RHA Friends Co-ordinator for a Candlelit Restorative Yoga session at the RHA among the artworks of the RHA Annual Exhibition as part of the Bealtaine Festival!

In the beautiful, calm surrounds of the RHA Gallery, this yoga class is specially designed for those wishing to loosen, strengthen and relax the body and to slow down and breathe.  This flowing, restorative practice will include the use of props and is suitable for any level, even complete beginners.

While flowing through a gentle yoga sequence, it is a chance to pause the mind and reflect.  A unique way to appreciate and contemplate the many artworks of the RHA Annual exhibition.  We will focus on making space in the body and mind, energising and opening out the heart and lungs through breath-work, and ending in a relaxing meditation, leaving you feeling energised and ready for anything!

This class will be run by Michelle Considine – Dublin Yoga with Michelle (RYT 500Hr) and RHA Friends Coordinator and will take place when the gallery is closed to the public

€15 per person.

Capacity: 15 people
